What does the free installation include? TOP
Free installation that we offer for your template will include setting up the template in your store, and uploading of the graphics needed. Logos will also be customized with your business name. Support will be given in the event that there is a problem with the template.
Changes that require any rework of the coding will have additional fees. We will advise you in advance.
How do I place an order for a template? TOP
You will simply need to add the template to your cart. Be sure to add any options that you want, and provide any information asked for before doing so.
Then follow through with the checkout process by clicking the Checkout button when you are viewing your cart.
Payments are made through Paypal, credit or debit card.
How will I receive my template? TOP
All templates will be sent via email in a zipped folder for your own safekeeping, but remember we will install the template and images for you.
When should I expect to receive my template? TOP
I aim to email your template to you within 24-72 hours. However the time may vary according to our current schedules for installation and any customization work, but it will be done as quickly as possible. I will advise once I receive your order and we have discussed the customizations.
How do I unzip my folder? TOP
If possible, right-click on the zipped folder and select 'Extract'. Follow the on-screen instructions. This will remove the contents and place them on the computer where you specify. I know Windows XP comes with this extract utility built in.
If you are not given the option to 'Extract' the contents, then you will need to download a program such as WinZip to open the folder.
What will I receive with my template? TOP
Your folder will come with a text file of your template and a folder of images.
How do I change the font color in my template? TOP
Our templates will be coded to work with our own eCart & SiteBuilder system, so you will be able to change font colors directly through the admin of your SiteBuilder under the Administration section. Click on 'Fonts & Colors'.
You can find free online color charts to find the color you want.
There is a template I like, BUT... TOP
If you see a template that is close to what you are looking for but would like a color changed, or need to have an element moved, etc, please contact me to let me know and I can give you a quote for the work if one is required.
